Pro Monthly is $199, billed monthly. Pro Annual is $1,990 (save $398 vs monthly). Business is $299/mo for crews that need multi-crew scheduling and custom workflows. All paid plans stop charging the moment you cancel — no annual lock-in unless you take the discount. Free stays free forever for one-crew shops doing up to 5 estimates a month.
I'm a one-man shop — why pay?
You don't. The free tier was built for solo operators and will stay free. Pay only when scheduling, client messaging, and the portal start saving you phone calls you'd otherwise make after-hours. Most one-man shops stay on free for the first year.

I already use another app — why switch?
Most contractors use CrewPilot alongside their current tool for the first month — keep QuickBooks for invoicing, keep your CRM, use CrewPilot for the part that hurts: estimating fast and getting the client to say yes. Switching is a weekend, not a quarter.
Will my guys actually use it?
